The Kolb Educator Role Profile describes four roles that effective educators use: Facilitator, Expert, Evaluator and Coach. Educators play these roles as they help learners maximize learning by moving through the four stages of the experiential learning cycle.
Most of us adopt all of these roles to some extent, however, tend to have preferences for certain roles. When you become aware of your preferences, you’re able to make deliberate choices about what works best for you and your learners in various contexts.

The KERP takes 10 minutes or less to complete online. After submitting the assessment, you will receive an email with your Kolb Educator Role Profile survey results and detailed interpretive report.
While the educator role is most often associated with teaching in the classroom or workshops, it’s also an effective tool for anyone who wants to become a more effective manager, consultant, coach, parent or friend.
