Program Overview

 

The Kolb Experiential Learning Profile (KELP) Certification Program is a dynamic, practice-based certification designed for coaches, HR professionals, educators, trainers, consultants, and leaders who want to develop self-awareness, enhance coaching effectiveness, and empower others to reach their potential.

 

This program provides an introduction to experiential learning and how individual learning preferences impact personal growth, professional development, and organizational success. Using the Kolb Experiential Learning Profile (KELP), participants gain the skills to administer, interpret, and apply learning insights in coaching, leadership, talent development, and team effectiveness.

 

Rooted in Kolb’s Experiential Learning Theory, the program explores:
