Assessment Description
The NEW Kolb Experiential Learning Profile (KELP) is a self-administered questionnaire-type assessment that you complete online. When completed and submitted, you (or the group’s coordinator) will receive via email an extensive personal report, which includes:
- How you use the ideal cycle of learning in your life and work
- Your typical learning style from the nine ways of learning
- Your learning flexibility, which allows you to expand your ability to use other styles for full-cycle learning
- Applications for what you have learned about yourself to increase your learning power, become more effective, and continue to mature throughout life.
The KELP assessment takes 10-15 minutes to complete.
Group Sales
KELP Group Sales allows coaches, team leaders, educators, administrators, and coordinators to purchase the KELP for any number of others (1 or more) in their group. Add the number of participants you wish to administer the KELP to into your cart. For example, if you wish to administer the KELP to 10 participants you will add 10 to your cart.
Once the purchase is complete, the group coordinator will receive an email with information on how to setup their participants and administer the KELP with their group. Each participant taking the KELP will receive email support, instructions, and a personalized report. The administrator has the option to designate whether the reports should be delivered directly to the participant or to the administrator themselves so they can tailor the distribution of reports to their own needs.
Administrators must visit the link provided in the email to set up the assessment for their participants. Participants, up to the number purchased, may be added at any time. Administrators may purchase additional groups of participants by returning here.

The KELP is an online web based assessment product. Participants will need to use the latest versions of Apple Safari, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Mozilla Firefox to ensure a quality assessment experience.
