As a leadership and life coach, Cathy Geib guides individuals and groups along the path to positive change, igniting the power of possibilities, fueled by the client’s personal vision.
Cathy helps her clients grow and thrive in two core areas: (1) Developing authentic connections through practical life-enhancing conversation tools that make effective collaboration possible; and (2) Building learning flexibility skills which allows for the kind of creativity and innovation that characterizes the most successful companies.
She has coached clients across all life stages and in a wide variety of organizations spanning manufacturing, start-ups, professional services (including law, banking, accounting, engineering, healthcare associations), government agencies (including education, libraries and disability services), family businesses, as well as, non-profit boards, and community-based leadership programs.
Prior to forming her own practice, Authentic Focus Consulting LLC, Cathy served on the senior management teams of statewide law firms for over 25 years, as Director of Human Resources. Cathy holds an M.S. degree in Positive Organization Development and Change, as well as an Executive Coach Certification from Case Western Reserve University, where she serves as an Executive Coach. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation, and is a Board Certified Coach (BCC). Cathy received her initial deep dive coach training with the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland where she earned the Gestalt Professional Coach Certification (GPCC).
